2. Personal Data Collected

The following categories of personal data are processed via closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems:

  • Visual and audio data (camera images)
    (Note: No audio recording is being made.)


3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Footage recorded by CCTV is processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring physical space security.

  • Ensuring the safety of visitors, employees, and customers.

  • Protection of company premises and assets.

  • Identifying, proving, and defending against potential legal disputes.

  • Implementation of occupational health and safety processes.

  • Implementing risk management processes

  • Conducting audit and investigation activities.

  • Ensuring the security of data controller operations.

  • Providing information to the relevant public institutions and organizations.

  • Implementing emergency management processes

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations


4. Transfer of Personal Data

The collected camera footage may be shared with the following individuals and organizations only when necessary :

  • Public institutions and organizations legally authorized to make requests.

  • Judicial and administrative authorities

  • Lawyers and consultants for resolving legal disputes.

  • In cases of necessity within the scope of legitimate interest, business partners or service providers

Data is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.


5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Camera footage is automatically collected through CCTV systems located throughout the company premises, stores, warehouses, and office areas .

Legal reasons:

  • Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data): Enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.

  • Article 5/2-f of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data): Legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not prejudice fundamental rights.


6. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, the relevant individuals have the following rights:

  • To find out if your personal data is being processed.

  • If it has been processed, request information about it.

  • To understand the purpose of data processing.

  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred

  • Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

  • Requesting deletion or destruction (KVKK Article 7)

  • Requesting that the individuals to whom these transactions have been communicated be notified.

  • You have the right to object to an unfavorable outcome resulting from analysis performed exclusively by automated systems.

  • You have the right to claim compensation if you suffer damages due to an unlawful act.

You can submit your applications through the following methods:

  • In writing to the company address

  • Via KEP

  • With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.

  • via the email address you previously provided

Applications are free and will be answered within 30 days at the latest.


7. Storage Time

Camera recordings are stored for a maximum of 30 days to comply with security requirements and legal obligations , after which they are automatically deleted or destroyed.
(The deadline may be extended in case of a possible legal dispute.)


8. Entry into Force of the Information Notice

This text enters into force on the date of its publication.
The company reserves the right to update the text as it deems necessary.
