EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

Your personal data is processed and transferred to third parties for the purpose of sending you commercial electronic communications and conducting marketing activities, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), and your explicit consent is requested.

1. Personal Data Subject to Explicit Consent

With your explicit consent, the personal data that will be processed is limited to the following:

  • Your personal information (name, surname)

  • Your contact information (phone number, email address)

2. Processing Purposes for Which Explicit Consent is Required

Your personal data will be processed and transferred for the purpose of carrying out the following activities:

  • Sending messages regarding campaigns, discounts, offers, announcements, and promotions related to the products and services offered.

  • Sending commercial electronic messages via email, SMS, telephone, call centers, automated dialing systems, and digital marketing tools.

  • Sharing customer satisfaction surveys, invitations, promotions, special occasion celebrations, and promotional content.

  • Developing marketing strategies, conducting analysis, reporting, and targeting activities.

  • Personalized content, notifications, and campaign displays on websites or third-party platforms.

In this context, your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing commercial electronic communications and conducting marketing/presentation activities .

3. Third Parties to Whom Personal Data is Transferred

Your personal data, for which you have given your explicit consent, may be transferred to the following individuals and organizations:

  • Agencies , business partners , digital marketing platforms , advertising service providers , analytics and reporting firms that provide services in marketing, advertising, campaign management and communication processes.

  • Due to the server services being located abroad , the service providers are based abroad.

  • Location service providers used to display location-based campaigns or notifications.

  • In order to fulfill legal obligations, authorized public institutions and organizations may be contacted upon official request.

Your data is transferred solely for the purposes stated above.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • In electronic formats (website, mobile application, SMS, e-mail, digital forms, communication channels),

  • Through oral or written applications

It can be obtained through automatic or non-automatic methods.

In this context, the legal basis for the transfer of your personal data is "your explicit consent," in accordance with Article 8/1 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).

Your failure to give your explicit consent does not prevent you from using any product or service.

5. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

You can withdraw or change your explicit consent to receive commercial electronic communications at any time , without giving any reason.

If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be stored only for the periods required by relevant legislation, as the purpose of the processing activity based on your consent has ended, and will then be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
